Invention Concept – PAC

no comment

Greetings,

This is just going to be another quick update. I’ve been thinking of a pet-friendly way to carry one’s aqua-based pets. So I thought of a carrier (size of the average large beta tank) that safely carries one’s pets. One can travel to a cafe, hangout, or whatever. I call this the PAC – Portable Aqua Carrier. It covers what makes this a pet-friendly travel carrier, fresh air, food, and room for swimming. I don’t have the dimensions set, but it should be as big as a 3 liter beta tank. Maximum carry of water that is 2.1 liters or more.

Here is the product plan (rough draft). © 4-2-2011 A. Jones, CiaoStudios.com.

Brief Update

Just been wrapping up some projects and starting new ones. I’m working on some new stuff for the studio’s gallery. References for my services have started being developed. The references will be for the sketches, illustrations (traditional and digital), and some new additions to the web gallery.

So folks, it’s seven days until V-Day (also my grandmother’s b-day, I’ll be sending her a gift via mail). About most of the online comics I’ll be reading next week or this weekend will be valentine based. I personally like to read online comics such as bearnuts, dummcomics.com (18+), toonhole (18+), and others. These artists have some amazing wit, story lines, and characters. Comics are pretty fun to work with; you can tell a good story with a single page of multiple illustrations. It is one reason (of many) why I joined Enter Void.

Figure drawing has helped me get at better angles of people and living things, especially when it comes to the hips and shoulders. I’m only studying from figure drawing books at the moment. I still want to get a copy of that amazing book I was studying from while I was in San Diego. I’ll be taking a break from figure drawing later this month and work on environmental illustration. This will cover buildings, towns, landscapes, etc. My little study environment will be (as usual) a PaintChat. Drawing just basic buildings can be a bit dull; by doing a bit of fun renovation will make studying less of a chore and more of a game.

Something fun occurred with my office recently. There was a thing on another website about this odd year of 2011. No matter what age you are if you add the last two digits of your birth year to the age you will be in 2011 it will come out to be 111.

SPOILER: “How it really works”
Overall this is actually simple math to consider why this is occuring. See below for my demonstration.
87 + 24 = 111; 1987 + 24 = 2011

You can also do it with any year. For instance: 2012.
87 + 25 = 112; 1987 + 25 = 2012

Greetings, I hope you folks are ready for a new post of babble and internet goods.

I’m not too sure if I should consider a smart phone like a Blackberry for work. The only reason is I can keep up to date with messages via Outlook while I am out of the office. Also this purchase can be added to that section of taxes where personal purchase of products for work can be deducted. So I’ll need to make my decision before I start them later in February.

Other than that, I’ve been trying to finish my rather large “to-do” list. Which will allow me to have some more free time. Half the list is done so far, I just need to get the smaller things out of the way. For example I need to wash some clothes before donating them to thrift, order some more ink, reorganize my place, and other things like that. Pretty much just spring cleaning things.

Once I finish on these things, I can focus on some art work and expand my studio a bit. FreeWebGoods.com has received its major update for this season, with it’s neat animated backgrounds and such. http://www.freewebgoods.com

Allo,

This year coming back from a lovely vacation has hit pretty bad for myself. Later that week I had caught a really terrible cold that I was in bed for 3 days. I haven’t had a chance to fully unpack and get settled. The first and second weeks of work have been hectic considering that we’re getting new students into the university. So our office was busy with finalizing things and welcoming all of the new students. There was little time to do any homework, everything had to be rushed the last day of the week. Considering I had a 5 page paper to write about a faux company. Which lead to last nights 4 hours of sleep.

I feel that I came home a bit too soon. lol

I do plan on taking the bus later on this year. I really never taken the city bus, so this could really help (it does seem cheaper than a cab). Considering that I carpool to work.  Since I’m traveling alone a lot more via air or cab, I thought I might consider using the bus. I can’t bring a car everywhere I go.

It’s a great collection of geeky goodness.

Today’s Comic: This had to be rushed, sorry for the mediocre quality.

This little blog is to replace the one I have at LJ, just to have a closer connection with my site (convenient for edits/updates). I want to take a chance and try out WordPress, to see how it works and how it can be modified (layout and functions). This blog with have a few additional jewels of information folks have not encountered before.
